The worst experience. Highly disappointed in a company as big as Century 21. I would avoid this agency and its realtors at all cost. I was the seller, their client was the buyer. The lack of communication and professionalism was to the point of being disrespectful. They let their client out of a contract past the 14 day contingency deadline and acted as if it was my problem to deal with. If you want your house to be sold correctly and contracts to be followed through with communication, do not go with Century 21.

Warning!!!!!! Find another real estate company. Worst experience I have ever dealt with. They only care about themselves and their company. .Lack of communication to the seller because they were covering up their mistakes. Which they did and the seller had to pay for their mistakes. So unprofessional and I would definitely find another agent that cares for the seller and buyer.

I highly recommend Rachael Lyons as an agent! If you are looking for a strong advocate, with a great knowledge of the area, and a friendly, positive attitude, THIS IS YOUR GIRL! She was available to us 24/7 and always made us feel like a priority, no matter how small our questions or concerns.
She also helped to keep us calm and focused during the often strenuous week of closing. She is definately on her game! You cant go wrong choosing Rachael as your agent.

On the commercial side of things we had some unfortunate circumstances that forced us to lease a commercial space instead of purchasing as we intended. After being ghosted by our agent she finally sends an email stating that she would no longer be able to assist. This is the worst experience ever as she was not willing to help get the best lease rate on our behalf.
