We have bought and sold many homes in the Kingsport area over the past 25 years. With that said, we have used two other realtors to complete these transactions. They were very competent realtors but Mary Glenn Lively takes the process to another level. She is competent with her decision making and her answers to your questions. There is no fluff with Mary Glenn, and she doesn't tell you what you want to hear just to get your listing. Her attention to detail is beyond extraordinary to make sure you maximize your return in all negotiations. We are more than pleased with the whole process using Mary Glenn as our realtor. We would recommend her to anyone buying and selling a home and we wish we would have met her 25 years ago. She actually earned all of her commission and more. We are moving out of the area, but if we were to move back to Kingsport, Mary Glenn would be our first call.
