Kristi worked for us back in October of 2022, we were moving to Johnson City from Austin Texas. Unfortunately we had some health things come up, and could not make it back out to view more houses in person. Kristi worked with us for 3.5 months virtually making sure we landed the perfect house! It checked ALL the boxes, we scoped it off the market the VERY first day. She is an excellent realtor, and wonderful person in general. I highly recommend her services! Kristi Bailey handled the long-distance selling of our parents’ house, dealing with contractors and handling difficult negotiations without us being there. I have several friends who are realtors and are great at it! Making the right choice on who to use was not easy but I have to say we did. Kristi Bailey was the best! We were selling our home, selling some adjacent property and looking to buy a new home that fit our specific needs all of which had to close at the same time. Kristi's social media coverage is very good. She has many ideas to help out her customers and friends. We have not had any business yet with her, but if we need a realtor, it will be her.
We have watched her several times with new people where we worship and work very hard to find them what they want and need.

Kristi Bailey helped us buy our first home and we couldn’t have been happier with her help! She was informative, knowledgeable and worked extremely quickly. We had a lot of competition in our price range and a tight time limit on when we needed to buy and be in our new home. Without her, we wouldn't have been able to make all of that happen. I truly believe that! While she’s extremely efficient with her time, we never felt rushed when we were viewing a home, which we really appreciated.
