I would love to give five stars. However, I think some things could improve. I believe the dog park outside could use a better system as far as cleaning. I am not able to sit on my balcony as the smell is not the greatest because the sun just bakes it.

I also would like to add- that I think it would be wonderful if we could have someone clean the windows and doors on the outside of the facility. I would also like to add that I would like to see improvement on the doors such as the latches catching when you come inside and you have to pull hard on the door for it to open. I would also like to see someone take care of the spider webs around the building and on the call boxes.

My experience here at Town Park Lofts has been absolutely PHENOMENAL…I just think we could use some improvements around the facility.

The staff here is absolutely AMAZING. And living here is even better!! I love being able to call this place home!

As a concerned resident of Town Park Lofts Apartments, I must voice my deep dissatisfaction and alarm over recent events within our community. It has been brought to my attention, through both personal experience and observations, that our apartment complex is engaging in a highly questionable partnership with local law enforcement. This collaboration involves directing all vehicles from a nearby public road into our private parking area for the purpose of conducting stops, questions, and searches.

This practice raises significant privacy and autonomy concerns for several reasons. First and foremost, the indiscriminate nature of these stops and questions, without any clear basis of reasonable suspicion, strikes at the heart of the privacy and freedom values we cherish. The idea that we, as residents, and our guests are subjected to such treatment within our own living space is deeply unsettling.

Moreover, the utilization of our private residential parking lot for such activities begs serious questions regarding consent and the rights of residents. This apparent complicity between our apartment management and the police in facilitating these operations suggests an intrusive overreach that many of us view as unwarranted and invasive. This not only disturbs the peaceful enjoyment of our homes but also imposes a sense of surveillance and control that is fundamentally at odds with the principles of autonomy and individual rights.

The Supreme Court's decision in Florida v. Bostick highlighted the critical importance of ensuring that encounters with law enforcement do not inherently coerce individuals into feeling they have no choice but to comply. This decision underscores the need for clear communication and voluntary consent in situations where individuals are approached by law enforcement, especially in private spaces or contexts where the power imbalance is pronounced.

The lack of open communication and transparency from our management regarding these law enforcement activities has left many of us feeling in the dark and powerless. Decisions that so directly impact our sense of security and privacy should be discussed openly within our community. The absence of such dialogue has significantly eroded trust and confidence in our management's dedication to prioritizing the well-being and privacy of its residents.

In light of these concerns, it is crucial that Town Park Lofts Apartments management urgently reassesses its policies and actions to ensure they align with protecting and respecting the rights and privacy of its residents. We deserve to feel safe and secure within our homes, free from unwarranted intrusions and surveillance. I strongly urge our management to address these pressing issues with transparency and a commitment to restoring the sense of community and privacy that has been undermined.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience since moving into Town Park Lofts. Overall, I have been very pleased with the move-in process, the friendly staff, and the welcoming community atmosphere.

However, I do have a few concerns regarding the outer appearance and maintenance of the property. Specifically, I’ve noticed that the windows could use a thorough cleaning, and there are spider webs accumulating near the doors and call boxes. Additionally, when using my balcony, the odor from the nearby dog park is quite strong and often unpleasant, particularly on hot summer days. This issue detracts from the enjoyment of using the balcony and taking evening walks.

As a suggestion based on my previous experience with high-rise apartments, implementing an irrigation system around the dog park might help manage and reduce the odor more effectively. This could significantly improve the comfort of residents who live near the park.

I lived here for 15 months. Everything was great! Maintenance was quick and nice, the gym and pool were clean, and the apartment was similar to the model. My only complaint is how dirty the apartment was when I moved in. I spent my first 2 days living there cleaning.

Absolutely Amazing. The place is so delightful the staff is fantastic! We're so blessed to have Alicia as our property manager again. We missed her greatly. Hannah J has been super friendly and excellent throughout the whole process. The apartment is stunning, just stunning!! The neighbors are very friendly and pleasant. The amenities are just fabulous!! Be sure to stop by and see it for yourself.

Lived for one year at this location with my daughter. Found this place convenient bc I work at the hospital. I Move due to different reasons: 1) Noice from dogs and kids. 2) i found out that this building is NOT structural sound, built quick and fully out of wood ( no metal frames). This are is noticing changes in weather, and tornadoes are common. God only knows what can happen in an emergency. If you happen to need to leave early, you will pay fees, and more. They really make sure you do not return.

I took a tour of the model apartments, they were very nice and the lobby area is very welcoming. The staff is great and they make you feel like you already live there. Rachel, was super helpful and informative and she was very patient and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The pool and grill area look like a cool hangout spot for the summer. Overall very modern and very clean. I would definitely rent if my work hadn't taken me away from the area. It would be my first choice for anyone living in the tri-cities region.

Our family of 4 spent a year here, and I must say it was a great experience. The apartments are beautiful and convenient to everything in town. I was even able to walk across to the grocery store if I needed a few things. Thank you to Rachel, Ginger, and Brianna for being so welcoming to our family. Most of all thank you ALL at TPL for loving on our fur baby Penny and making her feel so special!
