My wife and I applied to a property listed on multiple websites at the same price. I even called the management company to confirm the price before we applied and was told the price was accurate. Our application ended up getting accepted and not 5 minutes later Tricia contacts us to tell us the price listed was incorrect and the monthly price had increased by $200/month. Tricia told us our application fees would be refunded but that has yet to happen (she was not helpful at all, quite rude actually). I would definitely not trust this company as a landlord or waste my time applying to one of their properties in the future.

I do not rent with this property management. However, I recently seen a home available for rent. I had some questions and sweet Jordan was not able to answer them, so I was directed to Michelle. Michelle was very straight forward and transparent regarding the home. Even after applying for the home, I soon realized it wasn’t for me, so Michelle offered me a refund even though she didn’t have to refund the application fee.

I give them five stars for going above and beyond on returning my call and assisting me with the questions I had in a timely manner.

They had a townhome listed as available on their website , both my husband and I completed the application process which quickly turned into the company sending us the lease to sign. We both signed our lease and paid the security deposit securing our new home. This morning we both received an email informing us that the lease had been canceled with no further explanation. Jordan at the front desk was sweet and helpful but upon speaking with Tricia things changed. Throughout my conversation with Tricia she was not helpful at all in the situation, not remorseful for her mistake what so ever, and expressed judgement on my husband and I signing a lease without touring the property. The townhome was still listed as available this morning meaning other individuals could have been spending the $35 application fee on a property that was no longer available. I am extremely unhappy with how this situation was handled and would steer anyone away from working with them in the future.

I was living in another state when I initially inquired with Tricia on Furnished Finder about a particular property that she had available for rent. She let me know the particular home I was interested in did not have the reliable, high-speed internet required for remote working. She did, however, immediately offer an alternative option which was an even better home and location. It was truly a perfect fit for my situation and the entire process from signing the lease to eventually moving out was all very easy and stress-free.

On very short notice, I was provided with a condo to live at while I was in town on a travel assignment. Mrs. Tricia made sure I was comfortable and settled in properly and also came by on occasion to bring small gifts for the holidays. This company is very respectful, transparent, andd always value your privacy. I highly recommend anyone that’s looking for housing to put Property Management Specialists at the top of your list, you will NOT regret it!!

I'm sorry but Landlord that runs this place don't like I'm sorry but Tricia did a better job than Prya on helping spent 2-3 months without help in maintenance

Look if you are looking for a place to stay this is it, please put everything down you are home. Tricia is amazing and we haven’t lived in one of her properties for long but long enough to call her family. It’s amazing would definitely not go anywhere else.
