We loved renting from Tom. We were with them for 3 years and has nothing to ever complain about. Tom and Larry were always willing to answer questions and work with me. We transferred from our first home to the second with no problems!! I have and will continue to recommend friends and family to them and if I ever need a rental they will be the first to call. 🙂

Able and reliable Property Management. (Among other things I believe) I had to move for work and needed the income that came from our tenants to continue. Tom Unger and his team have handled every aspect of our rentals in our stead!. I can assure you our assets are in good hands and yours would be as well.

I have lived all over the US and experienced all types of landlords, Thomas Unger from Butera Real State takes the number 1 place of THE WORST LANDLORD. Not only he is rude and condescending, he is never available when you need an emergency repair. Take your business somewhere else because he will try to sell/rent you a house that is almost falling apart. His handyman does a mediocre job in the CHEAPEST way possible. He will make up any excuse to not give you your security deposit back. I wish someone warned me about this man and his unethical practices, seriously take your business somewhere else or get ready for an unresponsive, unethical and disrespectful landlord.
