My family's Journey to find our forever home started about two years ago. We were introduced to Crystal, who relieved a tremendous amount of stress from the process. Because of my job, I was on the other side of the country from my family, and Crystal was in the state where we planned to retire. Our process had many barriers and issues that would have been hard to overcome without Crystal. She has a substantial amount of knowledge and a vast network of personnel that will guide you through every step of finding your home. I can honestly tell you that my ever-changing scenario tested every limit of that network. Crystal is very family-oriented and will make you feel comfortable and at home. She did this by always being available to answer our questions and by showing genuine concern for our needs. She is sincere and will not lead you in the wrong direction. Her team will explain everything, from where and why each penny is spent to the inner workings of different wells and water systems. She provided live video walk-throughs of houses we could not see in person. Provided detailed information on schools and services within the areas we were looking for. I highly recommend Crystal to be your realtor! Crystal has been the best decision I’ve ever made in my life! Now I know that is a big statement, but she holds the bar high. I was overwhelmed from the beginning once I decided to put my house on the market, not knowing what to do or where to begin. I decided to take a chance with Crystal. From the beginning, there was complete transparency. She educated me on the market, the neighborhood, and the value of my home. I wanted to get a few things fixed around the house, Crystal educated me on what ACTUALLY needed to done. She supplied me with honest, friendly, prompt and reliable contractors to get the job done correctly. Once my home was ready to be put on the market, I almost didn’t want to list it, I had no idea how much potential my home had. It was stunning! Highly recommend her stager Ellen! Crystal and her team did such an incredible job fixing and staging my home I couldn’t believe it sold above asking price in 3 days!! Mind you I was alone with 2 kids, my spouse already transferred to Georgia. There was no issues, no hidden fees, I don’t recall having to make a single phone call to get anything done, because Crystal did it all! Absolutely the best decision ever! Please, I assure you, you’re in highly favored hands!
