Similar to other reviews, I’ve been a resident since the apartment first opened and enjoyed living here for the first couple of years. Management was proactive and helpful prior to 2022. Over the past 6 months, I’ve had two incidents involving water damage by no cause of my own. The first was a piping issue, and the second due to a careless resident who left their water running causing an overflow into my unit below. I understand accidents happen, so my issue is with management/Enterprise only due to how these incidents were mishandled. The first incident took two months to repair, and this most recent incident has taken nearly four months and renovation is STILL incomplete. Throughout these ~6 months I have continued to pay rent in full for a damaged apartment that is not up to standard. Each time I sent several emails with pictures and video of the major damage seeking an ETA for repairs and concessions as many of my personal items were damaged, and they are never responded to or acknowledged.

They also provide no communication so when the contractors do show up randomly (first incident and so far with the second) I’m expected to be prepared to let them in even though I work from home and need to make accommodations when repairs are being done.

I don’t recommend living here due to the current management. Units are nice and parking is ideal, but it is not worth the hassle when anything out of the norm occurs and you have no humanity offered to you.

This is my second year living at this property. The first year was amazing. Management was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The apartments are beautiful. Ever since enterprise took over, this place is a train wreck. My packages have been stolen on three occasions. I have ran into to other people who live here who have said multiple of their packages.There is never anyone to answer phone calls in the office. The lack of communication is at an all time high. When there is communication it is with an attitude. This place has been ran to the ground.

I moved into Van De Vyver in October 2020 and had a great experience with Phil and Trish as property managers. Since they left, communication with the property managers is pretty much nonexistent. I routinely get no response to emails, no one ever picks up the phone or returns my calls/messages, and there is never anyone in the office when I stop by. I have been attempting to contact ANYONE for over a month with no luck. It is extremely disappointing because I had such a good experience when I first moved in.

Absolutely horrible… they pick and choose who the help, they also do breech of confidentiality, they don’t follow the regulations and i they are dirty. They say there is cameras and their isn’t, I have had 4 different packages stolen and they wouldn’t let me look at cameras and they are a contradiction on enterprise is a bad management company and I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone!!!!

Lived here since the apts first open. My move in experience was amazing! Trish and Phil really were the best and on time with all information. Since the new property manager Camil Davis came on board, it seems like the quality of management and their communication has suffered severely. No office hours, no way to contact staff and is really not helpful. So many changes and Residential Enterprise has let things fall through the cracks. Great location and space but if your looking for direct communication and management that can actually help, find somewhere else.

Here is my Honest Review from living here for several months. The complex is brand new, parking is wonderful, the lounge is great. The outdoor patio furniture is nice, and the gym is Wonderful too. There are Automatic water fountains in the lobby and gym. the lobby fountain doesn’t have a filter status so that’s skeptical. there is no resident portal so have to use checks for rent., discussed that with other residents and hear their frustration.. whenneighbor uses their water i can hear a loud hit on my wall almost like a hammer for about 10-15 seconds. Residents are respectful and not really loud.There is an amazon hub locker in the mail room, packages never get delivered inside it so they get stolen due to the area. There is a dog wash. It’s nice to be able to print in the lab when I need to for work. They say there’s a call box in the front but doesn’t work and I’ve spoken to other residents who’s don’t work either. I’m wondering what’s going on with the retail area and when that will resume, Overall, it’s pretty nice living here, staff is very accommodating and friendly. They work hard to make it a great, clean, safe place to live. It would be nice to have some type of security guard.

Update: management change to Enterprise and property manager change to Camil, I would not recommend anyone move here. This property is being mismanaged. I am facing eviction due to inability to pay rent due to disability and they are charging almost 2000 in attorney fees. Camil is not a great manager and does not respond to emails or phone calls recently. Back when Phil worked as property manager this place was alright but it has just gone down the drain. // A wonderful place to live. The leasing process was informative and pleasant. The neighborhood is lovely and the buildings are up to date and very clean with lots if amenities. Phil is wonderful to work with and makes sure all my needs are taken care of. I am very happy to be a resident at Van de Vyver.

I want to lease a 2Bed/2Bath and have spent so much time getting in touch with the property management. So far, there has been no response! Edit: its been more than 10 days and the manager has not even bothered to pick up the call. They make excuses about the absence of the manager, unsure how they are managing the property. They are clearly banking money from people by giving them no response and making no judgement on their applications. Maybe they can get a different manager.
