Karla was wonderful to work with! She answered all of my questions and made the application and move-in process very easy. There are a few issues with the apartment that need to be addressed, but I have no doubt the maintenance team will have them corrected swiftly once I submit the work orders. Overall, it's spacious and comfortable.

Don't move here, it's ridiculous how much time the maintences takes to repair things, and it's algo kind of unsafe, about 1 month ago they broke into my apartment, the broke the door, the maintenence came because the police requested, and they told me they wore going to fix it next week, so I said ok thank you, but a week past by, and nothing so I went to the maintenence office, and they told me they did not knew noting about it, so they told they wore going to fix it next Monday, and I went to the main office today, and they told me that will probably fix it next Monday and that's all they can do, it's redicules, and the family that live upstairs of me, told me they never fix there door complete, so I don't get why we pay for maintenence if they are not going to do there job, just to cheke my mail I have to go around all the building, so just take your money somewhere safer and where maintences dose it's job.

Update: 02/18/25, 3 days have past since I did the comente, and they told me they wore going to fix it yesterday, but again like always noting, I try to call because I was at work, and nobody answered. They also it not safe so don't move here, they don't have any camaras and today they stole someone's wallet from there car.

Rating this a 5 star because of the customer service! My tourist name was John. He had no problem letting us know what was near the complex such as local restaurants and grocery stores. He also used his phone to see if our couch would be able to fit in the living room, He also explained where the closest trash cans and pool would be located near the unit we where interested in. It’s worth taking a look at !

Karla work with you and help get good apartment. She work fast try get you apartment soon as possible. She care and sweet. If you called you have problem she answer phone right away and even if you leave voice mail. She called back in next few mins. She very polite as well. If you look for apartment look for Karla. She greet you with a big warm smile.

Would not recommend this apartment complex as it does not matter who the owner is at the time they switch owners every other month. communication is poor between the office staff and maintenance as work orders, do not get fulfilled for months or at all unless you put in multiple orders. There is no Security guards anymore or security cameras so gotta bring your own if you get vandalized or robbed.

Terrible management.the worst communication skills I've ever seen. Steal your money and ignore your calls. Rude and unprofessional and just outright dumb. Need better training for sure.

Friendly and nice place. I had a kind lady named carla help me out through the process. Huge appreciation for her because she is so easy to talk to and completely understanding of a busy life schedule.
