Julie and Jonathan are wonderful at Details property management company!!! I am moving from out of state and asked them about a certain rental and they took extra pictures for me so that I could make sure my furniture would fit. They took the time to answer all my questions and are always extremely pleasant to talk to on the phone. I had an issue with FedEx overnight and they worked with me. They totally made me feel taken care of. It was super easy signing the lease all online and getting everything setup. They are wonderful people and a great property management company!!! I highly recommend them!!!

I am a landlord that uses Details Property Management. I am very pleased with them. One of the important things I wanted in a company, and they provide it, is a quick response to the concerns of the tenant. They have also been very prompt and efficient in doing all the things that maintain my property in the best condition for me. They will also make recommendations of improvements or potential problems I could have if something is not maintained. Payments have been prompt, choice of tenant was done carefully with all the laws followed. In summary they look out for my best interests while taking very good care of my tenant.

Details has been a reliable property manager for me for five years. I live some distance from this rental property and depend upon their quick communication on issues related to the property. One apparent area for growth is communication with outside contractors when necessary. A couple contractors that I have used for significant repairs have reported poor communication. That said, their communication with me has always been stellar, the property consistently rented and in good repair, and my overall satisfaction is quite high. I recommend them.

I’ve used Details PM as a landlord and several friends have used Details as tenants. As a landlord I’ve been happy with Details because they are knowledgeable about local and state laws which protects both tenant and landlord, and they do what they say they will do. Details also consistently views rentals to make sure they are in good repair which is good for both tenant and landlord. My friends who have been tenants of Details PM have liked the consistent property visits because this makes sure that repairs are done timely when an item has gone unreported. When a repair is needed, Details has repaired items quickly and correctly. The reports I receive fron details are correct and enough information for me to run my rentals well.

Great Job Managing our Rental Property. I would recommend Details Property Management to anyone who has rental property. This company works hard to maintain our property to keep it in good condition and keeps us in the loop when needed. I like how they stay up to date with the ever changing rental laws in the state of Washington.

Staff is very helpful, understanding, and professional. I would recommend leasing with Details Property Management although I wish they had more of their own properties in different locations in Kitsap County. Currently, I am under lease through Details but the property is owned by a third party and the owner is selling the place. Unfortunately there was not much the property management can do with this situation but they did help me out by negotiating a deal with the owner to assist me in my move out. Overall, Details Property Management has great staffing, clean and modern homes, but can seek improvement by expanding their own managed properties throughout the county.

Both first impression meeting with the property manager and office staff was that of mild contempt towards me and my wife. During the viewing, the property manager didn't have any info about it and acted like it wasn't his job to know. He did explain the house we viewed was new under their management but he acted in the role of "I just work here"... just my impression. The office worker wasn't very welcoming either but warmed up after we started filling out an application. Glad we had the complete opposite experienced from a Reality agency who, surprisingly had very bad reviews. One of the good things they do have, is a good automatic reminder system for viewing appointments. But it's pretty sad that the best customer service here comes from a machine.
