The company delivered an excavator and did not check the driveway which had a turnaround at the end. They attempted to back up the driveway and went off the driveway multiple times creating large ruts. The driver did not bring it up until we confronted him about it the next day. Only at that point did he attempt to fix it using our own gravel to pack down the two largest ruts. They promised more repairs for the remaining ruts and to replace gravel in 3 days and never did. Upon calling to discuss these promises they provided excuses, I filed a complaint with company but am most disappointed when someone fails to keep their word.

Rented an excavator to remove some old large stumps. Machine was delivered, explained and gave me no problems during operation. ECR recommended the right machine for the job. Will definitely use them again, renting is better than buying heavy equipment.

We weren’t sure if they would deliver a rental all the way to the Hamma Hamma River area, and they not only said yes, but they didn’t even mention how far away it was like every other contractor we have ever spoken with. The rental process was super easy, everyone we spoke with was very friendly, and when the equipment didn’t work 100% as planned, the owner was quick to answer his phone and help us out. All in all this was a great rental experience and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

My family rented a walk behind field and brush mower from East County Rentals. The machine was amazing! We had never operated a machine quite like this so we did have a couple issues but this company took care of everything. The very kind and professional gentleman who picked up the rental, made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend this company. We will definitely be renting from them again in the future. Rented a sod cutter. Good price in my opinion. Young men were friendly and helpful. Super easy transaction. My only complaint(not their fault) is crossing hwy 8 from Elma!

I rented a skid steer with mower attachment to tackle my scotch broom. Delivery was prompt machine itself ran great but the blades where so dull it just beat the scotch broom instead of cutting it so it took way longer to do the work. I didn't even get the job totally done! I called them to ask if they ever sharpen the blades and the guy said we sometimes do but didn't know when the last time was. I was very disappointed by the fact that no discount was offered! But I suspect that they make more money by making the equipment less efficient... Check the equipment before you pay!
