Have been dealing with office staff who is seemingly unhelpful to other tenants. I’ve rented from Kathys Rentals in the past and would not recommend to anyone local. I was charged over $400 for an oven cleaning that was already done. Over priced. Doesn’t complete work orders. Unpleasant on the phone. Beware.

I've had multiple open maintenance requests open for 6+ months with absolutely no change. They're friendly enough in the office but friendly doesn't take care of leaks. Additionally, when we initially toured the property we were incorrectly told that it had AC. It was an influencing factor in us signing the contract.
Edit: 11 months for one of our maintenance issues to be partially fixed.
Edit 2: we have since moved out. Two of our issues, one of which was brought to the attention of the managers after our first walk through, were never resolved.

My wife and I have rented a place in Hoquiam for 7 years through this rental property plus also co signed for my step son in a studio apartment at the same time. I'm ready to go back to them and get into a place because they are my rental history. Excellent people to work with, Misty & Cathy .

Staff is very rude. I’ve never lived in a complex where the manager treats you like trash even when you’re never late on rent and draw attention to problems in the unit promptly and care for the property in a respectful manner. So off putting, I can’t believe the way they treat good tenants.
Not to mention it’s impossible to get anything fixed and they just keep sending someone for estimates while never actually repairing anything. Why fix anything if you can keep charging the owner for your friend/family to look at it? Unbelievable. I’m sure the owner loves those bills too. I would highly suggest ANY other rental company.

Been living at my place in Central park aberdeen for 4 years now and had no problem with my rental management until home sweet home took over management of my rental. Now that home sweet home is the rental management for the house I rent its nearly impossible to get them to fix anything in this place. I feel bad for the home owners that hire them to manage their properties they only care about the money nothing else.

If you are a property owner, avoid this place. They will hire workers who are family and not licensed or bonded. They will pay them for multiple supply advances that don't match receipts. They will not take care of your property and place people who will damage your property. Avoid this place. Take my advice and go elsewhere. Nancy at Aberdeen Realty is quite professional and won't cheat you as this place cheated me thousands of unaccounted for dollars. It is only fair that I warn landlords...

What a WONDERFUL group of women! These ladies know what they are doing and they are great to work with. I had a great experience with them in March and when I contacted them again in November they were even sweeter! Misty has been great and we couldn't ask for a better property management group!
