Contacted her because of the glowing reviews. I did not have a positive experience at all, quite the opposite. Meg sent me eight property addresses, none of which were what I am looking for. It took four days from her sending me the first listing to receive an email, stating verbatim:” you need to decide if you really want to do this at all “.

Come again? I am not in the habit of contacting realtors for the fun of it, and this is most certainly not the first home I am purchasing. However, apparently Mrs. Howlett expects a buyer to make a decision based on eight absolutely unacceptable choices. Maybe my budget is too low for her to be bothered. In any event, I find her demeanor extremely unprofessional, and quite rude. Very disappointing, and most certainly not anyone I would ever recommend doing business with.

Meg and Eric did a tremendous job helping to sell our house. From the pictures to the disclosure and everything in between, their professionalism was second to none.
If I had to choose one thing that really sets Meg and Eric apart, it was how well they networked with contractors and companies to fix any issues with our house. All the previous realtors I have worked with left that part of the process up to me—and that really added to the stress.

I live in South Carolina. We sold our step father’s property in Silverdale Wa. But it would not have happened as easily as it did if it weren’t for Meg & Eric. I was fortunate that I picked this very reputable firm to represent our interests. It couldn’t have gone better. We could not travel, so we did everything via phone and email. They handled everything for us from setting up estate sale, to hiring contractors for maintenance, to staging the house ( with their own furniture) once it was all cleaned out and ready for sale. Meg and Eric Howlett are a fantastic team! Meg takes her self-designated role as “real estate mom” seriously for a first-time home buyer like me, and Eric’s knowledge of housing construction was really helpful in avoiding some potential homes.
