I honestly can’t say enough great things about Terri and her team at Navy City Realty. My wife and I met Terri at an open house she was hosting while we were loosely dipping our toes in the water of the buying market. In talking with Terri she exuded a super genuine vibe and confidence that immediately told us that she was the realtor for us. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing and Terri took the wheel for us and guided us through this process flawlessly. Her knowledge in all aspects of the buying and selling process made us feel confident that we could trust her to have our best interest in mind. Once we were under contract, Summer along with Terri kept us informed every step of the way. They always had an answer for our questions and even were able to anticipate questions before they were asked, making sure to communicate even the smallest steps. This is legitimately the A team. Terri got our first offer mutually accepted and we were even able to close early. When people say buying a house was the most stressful thing they have ever done, I cannot sympathize with them because Terri and her team made this such a cake walk. Thank you to everyone!

Terri Hagen and I just closed a purchase transaction. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and goes the extra step to prepare her buyers for the entire transaction. We were able to close within 21 days because Terri made sure all details of the contract were complete. She read my lender mind on what I would need from her regarding paperwork and milestones of the transaction. Never did her clients feel like they did not know what was going on. She is a gem and I highly recommend her.
