My husband and I have been living here basically since it has opened (a little over a year), and we love it here.

I really appreciate that there's no smoking allowed here, and that it's actually enforced!
I love how new and maintained the building is, as well as our unit itself.
The sense of community of here is noticeable too! We've made some of our best friends in the time we've lived here.
Scott, the maintenance guy, and Jeffery, the leasing manager, are always kind and wanting to help and answer any questions.
It's very quiet as well! I seldom hear anything from my neighbors, even if they have pets, and the road noise isn't as loud as you might think.
There's no place more conveniently located to stores either, as it's literally a stone's throw from Safeway, and the mall is only a minute away too!

We live here for 6 months and found the apartment to be a great transition until our house was ready.
Pros:
Great staff - took care of things immediately
Convenient location - trails just outside the apartment parking lot and many stores and restaurants within walking distance.
Dog facilities - a dog park and several dog stations are provided

Cons:
No air conditioning but the apartment does offer special screens to ventilate portable units.
Parking is not included in the rent

Overall I found this apartment to be a great place to live and I highly recommend it.

I’ve lived here since December 2023 right after they opened and this so far has been the best apartment I’ve lived in. Another complex canceled last minute and I came here to look at the rooms and see if I could move in fast and 3 days later started moving in, haven’t had anything break since everything is so new. The staff has been great, accommodating, and very responsive. If you want ac during the summer you will need a standing unit with a hose that goes into the window, when I asked for the port to be installed the maintenance guy, Scott, was installing it 20 minutes after I asked for it.

Love the location, 5 minutes from everything you need, Very good sense of community and even better property managers and maintenance personnel. We have had nothing but a great experience living here,
my wife and I love it. Also trash shoots in complex for quick disposal and washer and dryer in unit are a big benefit.

I must say this is exactly what moving should be. Jeffrey went above and beyond to make this a smooth experience. He explained everything and answered any and all questions. The building themselves are clearly well maintained even though they are newly built. He was completely transparent about move in fees and any charges that may apply. Everything is very accessible to residents. The property security is much appreciate to control traffic in and out of the building. Overall I have more than enjoyed the experience here at the rivulet. 10/10 recommend.

We love it here at Rivulet. Jeffery and Scott are Great people and the tenants are nice and very quiet. My husband and I are retired so quiet is a plus for us. Great place to live and Walking distance to everything. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Choosing the Rivulet as my new home has been an amazing choice! It's a great complex with such a warm and friendly vibe - which all starts with their staff. Having recently moved from Texas it's always stressful to start over in a new place, and from move in to daily interactions they are all so friendly & helpful. The move to the Rivulet by far is my least stressful move ever! Jeffery Hennings, the property manager is extremely responsive and helpful with everything as is Scott in maintenance!

Management here is amazing! I came by for a tour and they were extremely welcoming and helpful. They had answers for all and any questions I had about the property and community. Even though I am very early in the process of looking for a home, they were understanding and didn’t make me feel pressured to make a move on an apartment, they offered to reach back out when I’m ready to pull the trigger on a new place to call home. Amazing staff and location!
