Impossible to get a hold of with limited to no organizational skills. They will continue to ask for owners time without even reading plumbers' invoices. I have a plumber come check my unit three times for the same issue. No information has been shared on cause, and no attempt to remediate the situation has been made. Stay far away from this "management" company.
