I have had excellent experience working with Evergreen Real Estate & Property Management. Bobbie is who I work with the most, she's fantastic. The communication has been excellent, I get emailed or texted ahead of time whenever there's someone coming over (to clean roof, maintenance, etc). Their rentals are priced fairly, which is how I got started with them in the first place.

Evergreen Real Estate and Property Management has been a godsend for us. They are managing our home while we are abroad. They found us good renters and are able to help maintain the property without us having to worry about anything. They keep us in formed about issues that arise and but they are able to arrange all repairs independently once we approve them. We couldn’t be happier.

We were living overseas and needed to find a rental home, which could have been a daunting process. Laura and Patrick made everything so easy and stress-free.
From the beginning they were responsive and attentive to our needs. They did a virtual tour of the property and helped us make the right decision.
The property is in excellent shape, and they have continued to maintain it well.

Laura and Patrick the new owners of Evergreen Real Estate have been wonderful to our family as landlords to our rental home. They are super accessible with quick response times when we would reach out and always took care of anything needed quickly and correctly with follow ups. Very nice people, we highly recommend their services. If we were not ready to purchase a home for ourselves, we would still be renting from them.

The worst place I have ever rented or done business with. I lived in one of there properties for three years and took care of that house like it was my own. Go to move out and have the house looking a lot better then when I moved in. Not only are they keeping my deposit they are charging me 800 on top of it. Charging 600 dollars for additional cleaning. 200 dollars for window cleaning. 200 dollars to change batteries in the smoke detectors. 75 dollars to replace a few light bulbs. 100 dollars for a few oil stains. The list keeps going. Bottom line is the never planned on giving me my deposit back even if the house was brand new inside. Do not rent from these people, you will be very disappointed.

Contacted about a rental for my daughter but by the time I called it had been rented. Lauren still went above and beyond to find her another place even though it was managed by someone else!! Her kindness did not go unnoticed and we are forever thankful to Lauren
