They will destroy your rental property. Lack of maintenance and addressing emergency issues will not be addressed: roofs will leak , walls will rot. Do not have your rentals here unless you are fine with long term preventable damage and the repair costs costing you 10s of thousands instead of a simple maintenance call.

With the experience of traveling and renting luxury homes around the world I would rank “Action now” in the bottom tier of property management firms. The staff is pleasant but too many otherwise minor issues required escalation to management for resolution. Ann in management proved to be difficult and belligerent in all interactions we had with her. I’ve heard good things about action now from years past but the current owners have a very poor view of customer service. I don’t recommend working with them to manage your property and anyone entering into a long term lease beware.

The lease agreement and pet policies are clear, concise and reasonable. I enjoyed working with Action Now and would recommend them for any property management needs.

I cant offer a higher recommendation for this management service. Lindsay, John and team have provided excellent and thorough service throughout my two year relationship with their company. They immediately sourced a tenant, handled all the paperwork and rental activities and provided professionalism and quality in every interaction that I had with them as well as with the tenant. These folks are very detail oriented, very advisory and helpful and overall provide a great deal of customer service. Should I ever require additional help, support or service from ActionNow, I'll be first in line.

Action Now Property Management is a terribly run housing business that honestly no one should have to deal with. They would consistently send bills late through email, (email!), whenever you need something fixed they would either get back to you late or wouldn’t get back at all. Worst of all when we moved out of one of the houses they were managing, they charged us our full security deposit plus an additional $500 to damage that can only be considered as live in damage. After notifying them that we were going to go see a lawyer, they gave us back more than half the money they owed us. We were trapped with these people longer than we would have liked to have been. We didn’t have the funds to just up and leave. Please no one use this company. They don’t know how to do their job properly.
