Shane is the man. He has been my property manager for a little over 3 years now. One of the best things about having Shane as a property manager is his ability to vet and select the best tenants. I have never had a problem with a single tenant over the past 3+ years at my 2 rental properties Shane manages. Never a late payment, never a destroyed property.
Shane is right on top of any concerns that do arise. For example. I had a tenant message me about a potential leak in their bathroom coming from the bathroom fan. Before I could hit send on a text to him, he had already emailed me with details and pictures, and had a plan to go in and look at the property the next day (this event happened in the evening). He was there the next day and took care of the issue.
I own multiple rental properties in multiple states, and Shane is by far the most professional and easiest to deal with. I highly recommend Shane as your property manager.
