Warning to all Commuters and anyone looking for parking near the Bremerton ferry docks. Do not park at the parking lot at 280 Washington Avenue in Bremerton wa. Sound West Group ( Liana Astanina manager) has taken over the management from Diamond parking on this lot. The pay box on the lot has been removed and you must pay by an app now. I have been parking at this lot for several months now even after the rate jumped to $12.25. I use their app to pay and I have had a couple of issues with it. Friday 10-26 I tried to pay with their app and I didn't notice that it hadn't processed the payment. By the time I got off work in Seattle, Sound West Group (Liana Astanina) had my car towed for one nonpayment that I was not aware of for that day. It cost me a $442.00 tow bill to get my car back. And since their IT department can't see any attempt on their system for my payment I am stuck with the tow bill with no help from Sound West Group. So be warned if you park in a lot controlled by Sound West Group (SWG - Laina Astanina) be darn sure that payment went through on their app or before you get back or West Sound Group(Laina Astanina) will tow your car.

Sign at the front quotes $4.00 per day parking if in before 9 AM and less then 10 hours. Parked before 7 AM for 9 hours and charged over 300% for parking. Attempted to call 10 times on before 4 PM, no answer, attempted to call today, not answer. 1 start for billing, one start for customer service.
