I apologize that this might be lengthy for those reading, but I promise it will be worth it. Maple Leaf is definitely a company all property management companies should strive to be.

My family and I have been renting from Maple Leaf for nearly 4 or 5 years. We found ourselves needing to find a rental after my grandmother passed away at the onset of the pandemic. It had been nearly 5-6 years since we had been renters so we had little rental history. In addition to that set back we found ourselves needing credit challenges (medical), our lab mix were making it difficult to find a home. We were essentially competing with people looking for homes with impeccable histories.

I happened to stumble upon our current home accidentally and decided to go for it. We met with an agent, filled out the necessary forms and toured the property and fell in love with the place. We waited a couple days and heard back from the agent at Maple Leaf. Instead of just assuming the worst they took the time to talk to us and find out more about us and the situation that brought us to this moment.

Maple Leaf took a chance on us and really never looked back. Our current agent Jenna Hill has been wonderful. Very communicative and committed to making sure that not only are the residents she’s working with are happy, safe, and secure, Jenna also makes sure that the homes of the people she represents are being well cared for and respected.

Maple Leaf took a chance on my family when no one else would which is why we will always choose Maple Leaf.

We are coming to the end of our lease and are moving out soon. I will miss Maple Leaf Property Management, especially Becky who is one of the best most proactive and responsive property managers I have ever had. If something breaks its fixed in a reasonable amount of time, if there are issues its discussed and a resolution is reached. If other entities are involved (HOA, outside techs, etc) they make sure to stay on top of them so that we are all on the same page. Their resident portal is easy to use as well. They really do try their best to work with you as a team in taking care of the property and its very much so appreciated. If you have the pleasure of renting one of their properties, I don't think you will be disappointed.
