Rod helped us to sell a home in Bremerton in 2016, so when we wanted to buy a home with acreage in Poulsbo, we naturally turned to him again. Rod supported us as we looked at various houses, and through an attempt to purchase a home where we were outbid. When we found the house we really wanted, Rod’s knowledge and industry contacts were invaluable. We got the house of our dreams, and because Rod’s commission is only 1%, we feel we got a bonus. The seller’s price had built in a 2.5% commission for the buyer’s agent, but Rod’s 1% commission meant we actually paid less than the listed price. We were able to use the money we saved for new items for the house, like a new washer/dryer, a new riding lawn mower. We highly recommend Rod, not just for his knowledge and skill, but also because his business model is fair and reasonable. And Rod is just super nice and easy to work with!
