I leve in D building I am paying over a hundred dollars for the parking garage, but it’s unsafe, with frequent break-ins and theft. Despite reporting incidents to the police multiple times, the management doesn’t seem to care. They keep raising the rent but refuse to fix the door or improve security, leaving our cars vulnerable to damage and theft

The front office is the blind leading the blind. Ive come in NUMEROUS times and left with no more information than I came with. I had wanted to enquire about a 1bd but they said they had new management and had no idea where to direct me to start the application but told me they would call me back when they knew more. Finally after hearing nothing all week, I went in only to be told that they do not honor any of the advertised rents or specials. That says all I need to know about the new management at this property. This turned out to be a complete waste of time and gas, because nobody ever answers the phone . But the lobby looked well maintained.

If there were 0 stars I would give it 0 stars but I really do not recommend that you move to this place the truth is it stinks horribly one and another is that everything is dirty the building the administration is disgusting everything is bad in this place I thought that everything had changed but it was not just for a little while nothing more that supposedly they were doing everything but it is bad I strongly recommend that you think before moving to this place do not waste your time if you are looking for peace, tranquility and security look for something better this place stinks

I just recently moved in and while my life was a little hectic, Elia and Jazmin have been very amazing to work with. They always reply promptly to my emails about any questions or concerns. I have so far had a great experience living here with my two kids and dog, no issues or complaints.

The manager is horrid, she does nothing and is rude when you try to bring up any issues. There are homeless people that get into the private parking garages and work on their cars, use drugs in the stair well or break into cars and the office won't do anything about it. You can't get an emergency contact number to be able to tell them when this is happening either or for any emergencies you might have. I don't even bother submitting maintenance requests because they get ignored completely.

Dear Owner,

I recently called inquiring about the availability of your 2 bedroom units, as your website and Craigslist post advertised that there were six units available. Unfortunately, the response I received was very disappointing. The person I spoke to had a lot of attitude and was quite rude. When I asked about the income restrictions and where it was advertised on your website, they responded that they were not familiar with the website and did not build it.

This kind of behavior and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. As a potential renter, I was extremely discouraged and disappointed by the response I received. It is important for businesses to treat their customers with respect and provide accurate information.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend your apartments to anyone. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure that your potential renters are treated with the respect and consideration they deserve.

The apartments are good but maintenance is a problem. My washer stopped working for some reason and it was hard getting in someone to figure out the problem. They finally came and figured out it has to be replaced and it's taking them almost two month to get one. Mind you I have been getting promises every week that the issue will be resolved .It is just so hard for staff in that office to keep a word they utter. I feel like nothing is being done in that entire office to help a struggling resident. Good luck to all future residents out there!

I moved out of this apartments 4 months ago and I haven’t received my deposit yet. I have called them more than 20 times they are not answering my calls. Their management sucks.
