Stayed at the stay modern properties by the old historic part of Seattle. its a walking distance from a lot of tourist spots so that was a plus! The property is clean and amazing, had everything you’ll need whether it be a short or long term stay. Its close to restaurants as well! Its on the 6th floor so the noise from the streets isn’t really something to worry about. Payton was proactive in making sure we are having a good stay. Its perfect for single travelers, or a couple!

Our stay with Modern properties was perfect! Everything in the space was very thought through! We decided to cook one of the nights and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need plus more, it was awesome. The view of the space needle was beautiful and the location of the property to must go places was perfect! Our host was very kind and available for any questions throughout our entire stay! Definitely recommend visiting to others! I will most definitely be back!

I have both worked with Payton & Stay Modern Properties in a professional capacity (photography for her properties) as well as been a guest at several of her airbnbs and I CANNOT speak highly enough of her as a host & business owner! Her attention to detail in each of her listings is exquisite! We just had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb in the Maple Leaf Neighborhood in Seattle. The house was beautiful - wonderfully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. One morning was clear and we had amazing views of the Cascades and Mt. Ranier. We were visiting family who just moved to Seattle and were able to walk to their place. The whole neighborhood was great and walkable including coffee shops, bakeries and Maple Leaf Park which is less than a block away with gorgeous views of Seattle. Payton was so friendly and responsive to any questions that we have. We plan to make this our home base when we return to Seattle to visit!

My husband and I needed a place for an entire month with our two small pups and this place was perfect. It immediately felt like home and was the perfect amount of space and so well laid out for what we needed. The neighborhood was exceedingly quiet at nights and the description is accurate- there is always plenty of street parking. The home is well-appointed, there are very few things you will need that they have not already provided, though, if you have pets and want to let them roam in the back yard, it’s a good idea to bring your own gate with stakes as the one they have available tends to blow over and is only on one side of the house. Amazing location for literally doing anything in the city and even if you don’t go to the city, there’s still so much to do in the immediate area. The host is super kind and responsive and just all-around easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this beautiful home and hope to be able to stay there again in the future.

This is an amazing place to stay in Seattle! Walking distance to the Climate change arena with spectacular views of the space needle and the Sound. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable and the patio was a perfect place for tapas and wine.

Payton and Stay Modern Properties was a great fit for our home. She was very easy to work with and made our home shine as a short term rental. By the time Payton had finished furnishing it, my wife was ready to move back it - it looked THAT good! Payton took on all the day to day work, but I always looked forward to her monthly updates. When we ultimately decided to sell the house after 2 years, we had 150+ overwhelmingly positive reviews, and a 4.97 star rating. Even when we listed the house for sale, we kept it furnished as it was for airbnb - seriously, it was already better staged than we could have hired someone for!
