Randall and Maricarmen are professional and care about their tenants. Maintenance issues were always dealt with promptly and the maintenance guy is really friendly. I was hesitant to sign a lease given the poor reviews on here, but I had a really good experience overall. Would rent through them again if I ever move back to Seattle.

I have rented homes managed by Randall for close to 40 years. He responds immediately to any issues on the rental property and is well versed on tenants rights and landlord responsibilities. If you're renting property managed by Randall Berg, you will be treated respectfully and fairly.

I rented with Randell for at least 10 plus years, he was the best landlord I could have ever had. When I needed repair he was there. Rent increases were at a low. He understood if I needed a few extra day's to pay my rent and with no late charge. This company was and still is the best in my eyes and randell himself is a wonderful person.

Do not hire Randall Berg to manage your propery. As an owner of a condo, within a property he is responsible to manage he's been unresponsive and does not have a bias for action on behalf of his clients. A little proactive communication can go a long way, especially in a crisis. He is either incapable of the demands of property management or just doesn't care.

Randall Berg is a liar and a cheat. Unfortunately, I rent directly from the owner of the condo that is managed by this awful management company and getting anything done is a nightmare! We have been living in an unsafe unit for more than a YEAR despite frequent requests via email, telephone, and in person to have it fixed. Now that they have started construction we still are being forced to stay in the unit despite unsafe and unsanitary conditions. They also owe us money from more than 6 months ago when they wrongfully towed a car and half of the building codes are being violated. DO NOT go to Randall Berg & Associates for property management. They do everything they can to get out of doing their jobs and have the audacity to charge you for it!

I was stuck with this place after the owner of the house we stayed at did the bait and switch on us. The second we had problems with the house (raining in the kitchen on the first floor and into the bathroom to the point of black mold and rotting to the point of almost falling out cabinets) they avoided us entirely. Randall himself is shamelessly smug, arrogant, and condescending besides. We were given 30 days to move with no other warning. They could care less if my 8 and a half months pregnant daughter had anywhere to go because they are less than human. My feces has more integrity than these soulless cowards.

Maricarmen was such an amazing help! She got all of my questions answered, got back to me in a timely manner, and always let me know if something was going to take longer than she thought. She’s great and made the apartment hunt process so easy!

Mr. Berg has been my landlord now for nearly 5 years since we have moved to America. He is very resourceful and has always treated me right. My family enjoys it when he stops by if we have a problem with the plumbing or with the stove. He is always in good moods and calls my disabled son, "Miguelito", which he very much enjoys. I highly refer this man.
