The worst place I will probably ever live. NOT THE UPDATED APARTMENTS ADVERTISED ON WEBSITE. We move in the apartment is filthy, on our hands and knees cleaning. Shelf in bedroom falls after putting one hanger on it and they just take it away without fixing it. Not to mention the BLACK MOLD growing in every corner and ALL OVER every single window sill. They gave us a dehumidifier for 1 day and took it away. Of course the mold just gets worse but apparently “that’s just Washington” (never lived in another place that was moldy like that). The kitchen cabinets were falling from the ceiling when only wine glasses were in them. The work order for that never got acknowledged. The Reserve at Bucklin Hill is a terrible place to live, dismissive staff, covered in BLACK MOLD. Also will keep your security deposit with no problems communicated. Then also threaten you with collections because they want you to pay a “cleaning fee” on top of your missing security deposit. Would not recommend anyone to live here, especially if you value health and safety, pay the extra 200$ to go literally anywhere else.

From the moment I moved in, I've been impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. A year ago, I was thinking about moving here from Eastern Washington but I was nervous about not being able to see the place before signing the contract. Michelle gave me a guided video tour and the room measurements. Making me feel more confident about the move.
Michelle and Amelia, the apartment managers, have been exceptional. They are always quick to respond to any inquiries or issues I have, and they go out of their way to ensure residents are well taken care of. Their friendly demeanor has made living here a pleasant experience.
Austin and Troy from the maintenance crew deserve special recognition. They have consistently gone above and beyond to address any maintenance issues promptly and effectively. Their dedication and skill have truly made a difference in maintaining a comfortable and safe living environment.
The apartments are pricey and not very new but the staff make this apartment well worth the price.

Their indoor pool is ALWAYS freezing! And ALWAYS out of service along with the hot tub!
They will NEVER ANSWER the phone! Terrible property managers! Don't like Section 8 vouchers
Which in return, treated terrible!

Do Not Recommend! If You Do Happen To Move In Pay Very Close To Detail! , Customer Service Is Horrible. When Moving Into A New Place You Should Be Moving Into A Clean Apartment Not Picking Up After A Pervious Tenant. This Place Has Some Serious Work And Would Advise Staff Be Retrained On Customer Service & Professionalism.

I have lived here nearly 2 years now, the buildings are well maintained, it is quiet and calm with friendly staff who are helpful with anything I need. The Amazon Hub, gym and pool/jacuzzi are reliable and well-kept and the coffee/tea in the clubhouse is always a treat. The only problems I have had in the apartment have been addressed quickly and happily. The only complaint I have is that the gym is not 24-hours despite having a key FOB system on the clubhouse (this was a recent change since I have lived here).

All I am seeking is information about several units.

I have been calling during business hours for several weeks no answer.

Last week, I dropped by at 9:00am to speak with someone in person. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes. While sitting there were several employees walking in and out the front office. I attempted to go in but the door was locked. SAD

I lived there over 5 years. When I moved out I got a letter saying I was to be refunded $2200 of my $2600 security deposit. No deposit ever returned. I now have to get an attorney in order to get my security deposit back even though they admit they owe me the money they just won’t pay or keep giving excuses why they can’t pay. The really frustrating part is that I had to pay another $3500 on top of the $2000 rent for the last month just to be able to move. If you are living there and reading this you may want to think twice before paying that fee. I did and now they have that money and my security deposit. Talk to an attorney first. I’m talking to one now.

Update. So after this posted I got a check for my security deposit. I’m keeping the one star up. Good tenants who pay rent on time and then pay exuberant early release fees shouldn’t have to wait more than what the law requires for their refunds. Especially when the company is marketed as one of the top 100 fastest growing private companies in Washington. I can see how they are getting there.

Here's a positive review for you. My daughter and son in law have a clean and neat two bedroom which has worked out very well for them. The abundance of trees and quality shrubbery make the place park-like. Especially welcome are the extensive paths and green belts for walking their dog. Things are in good repair, and kept in "like new" condition. Being on the hill-top has meant that the air is fresh and good and healthy. The amenities are first rate. It's a great place to live.
