Nicola was great to work with and made the buying and selling process a breeze. For the first time selling a house, I got all my questions answered with a simple text to Nicola and really felt fully informed prior to making the decision on which bid to accept. From the first time i made contact with Chris he was very professional and always ready to listen to what we wanted. He was always prompt in responses and got us to closing on the house we wanted. We sold our old house with him and everything was seamless with the transaction. Highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

Nicola was a dream to work with as first time home buyers! She was available to answer questions (often the same ones over and over again) day or night. She is knowledgeable, passionate, honest, dedicated, and works quickly and efficiently. She would send us available listings daily and schedule individualized viewings (due to covid restrictions) whenever we asked in an extremely timely manner, often the same day or following day.
