Chelsea is amazing! I purchased my at the top of the market in 2007, after the crash I didn’t think I would ever be in a position to sell. Prior to listing she went through my home and told me what minor repairs and upgrades would help my home sell at top value. We had 17 offers within just a few days! Our home sold for significantly more than I had anticipated. She was professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed during every step of the process. I couldn’t believe that selling a home could be that easy and stress free!

Six years ago when my wife and I were looking to buy our first home, it was a pleasure getting to know and work with Chelsea. We had very specific needs, that were not uncommon, but meant I didn't want to look at homes that would not work for our family. The only homes Chelsea suggested I might like to look at all had been personally reviewed by her and each one fit my criteria. I was literally shopping the best options for us by zip code. She was also right on top of new listings. The home we bought had been listed for 3 days before we made our offer. When we found our home, Chelsea shifted gears and walked us through a great home buying experience. Six years plus later, our whole family is very happy in this home and we are still big fans of Chelsea. We are not planning to move anytime in the foreseeable future, but if I were in the market for a new home, or for that mater selling my home, the very first call I'd be making is to Chelsea.

Chelsea Guelcher was our agent for our first home purchase! This purchase was something I did not think that I was ready for, I didn’t even know I could afford to purchase a home. Chelsea got to ball rolling by taking the proper steps needed to see what we qualified for. Once we had that information we narrowed our search down to a few homes but then found the one which we are still in.
I am a person who is cautious upon going into new endeavors and tend to have tons of questions. Each time I text, called or left emails I got reply’s that helped me feel like I was being heard and I never felt like my questions were dumb. She definitely eased my worries. When I look back now on how cautious I was I laugh. She is the real deal. I still ask her for referrals for who to recommend for various home projects because she has such a wide network of people she knows and does work with. She has our trust and we are happy with how everything went. Belfair, Washington home purchased in February 2018
