We are currently listing with Daniel and Mercury of Charter Real Estate. I wish we had had someone like Daniel working with us when we first came from out-of-state and bought our home on Bainbridge. If you are new to the area, it can be very disorienting--every neighborhood seems like it's around that bend and just behind that stand of trees! Unlike our first agent, Daniel is a native of the area who truly understands the nuances and history of all the neighborhoods. Daniel & Hannah were amazing to work with, the overall experience was awesome. TBH I have always been skeptical of RE Agents having had a few negative experiences, but this was the opposite. They first listened, an amazing skill that gets lost often, and heard our vision. Then when we asked they gave us their professional opinions. We didn't always agree on every little detail but that as totally fine. They managed the contractors on a prework fix up schedule which went smooth as we were in transition to moving out of state. We were out of state for the listing but they communicated clearly throughout and in a timely manner, and we ended up getting well over list price which we were very happy with. I would recommend them again without question.
