I cannot recommend Margo and her team highly enough. She’s been my agent twice now, and her knowledge and experience really had an opportunity to shine — both were complicated transactions on unusual properties with a variety of… let’s call them surprises. And she has an entire library of qualified professionals to recommend who can take care of absolutely everything needed to get a home (and its owner) ready for sale, or shine it up after, and every step of the process in between — from mortgage brokers and inspectors to staging and major (and I do mean MAJOR) renovations. She’s reliable, knowledgeable, ethical, dedicated, and will do everything in her power to take care of her clients and keep them informed every step of the way. While I fervently hope I never have to move again, Margo will be my first call if I ever need to buy or sell another property.

Margo is an exceptional agent. I found Margo when I called for a tour of a listing in Seattle. The house went quick and wasn’t available to tour however we connected and talked about our personal situation and our needs. We had a very good experience with Margo. Buying a new home in a new city can be difficult. Margo is knowledgeable about many of the different areas and could offer suggestions, and point out things, that only someone who has been here a long time would know. When it came time to be negotiate she was tough, firm, and communicated well. She definitely made the whole process go smoother and easier. We would definitely recommend her to our friends.
