Used them when we sold our home a few years ago. Didn't have a Google review page then. I'd never do business with them again. Their realtor Raquel ened up making my family of 6 homeless for months because of her lack of communication with the buyer of our home which ended up moving up our move out date to within 2 weeks of us finding out.
Not to mention her lack of experience meant that we were not given the best advice on how to stage our home for it to sell quickly.
Her bosses were no better as they didn't help her. They tried to make their incompetence better by paying money toward the build of a new deck at the new home we were forced into because we were homeless and couldn't afford to wait for what we really wanted.

Athena Hutt was our listing and buying agent. She got our house sold within four days of going on the market and was willing to drive any distance to show the houses we were interested in. The process was made easier with her being in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. The manager had our back when the agent of the house we were looking to buy tried to do things that weren't legal. We had a trip planned in the middle of closing and they made it to where we could sign the closing papers while we were out of town. We found the perfect home and couldn't have been happier with our agent and gateway.

Shelley Hansen has been our agent through the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new, forever home. A close friend recommended her years ago and she has been there for us since. We are a military family and recently moved from Hawaii to Washington with plans to retire. We hoped to find a place with some property outside of town to settle into. The market was super high and we were a little intimidated to jump into it. Shelley immediately started looking for homes that fit our description. In only a couple of weeks, she found us a beautiful home in the perfect area that fit every one of our wants. We immediately placed an offer and Shelley began communicating with the seller’s agent. Shelley is incredibly easy to talk to and has an inviting personality. She was instrumental in creating a rapport with the sellers that I’m confident made the difference with them accepting our offer. Within a month we moved into our beautiful property. Shelley kept us informed at every step of the way and communicated with all parties involved, shortening the time it took to close the sale and move in.
The sellers had two sheep, two goats and eight chickens. We learned the sellers were moving back to Michigan and didn’t plan on taking their animals. Shelley knew we planned on getting animals when we moved in. She surprised us by purchasing the animals for us as a housewarming gift? Who does that?... Shelley did that! She is such a kind, thoughtful person. We love our animals. They got to stay in their home and we were lucky to have a ready made hobby farm starting from day one.
We are lucky to have Shelley working with us. She is hard working and tenacious in today’s market. I talk to so many friends who make offers on multiple homes only to have them rejected. This was our first offer on a home. It was a reasonably priced “trophy home” with multiple offers placed, and our offer was the one chosen. I truly feel Shelley was the deciding factor in the sellers choosing us as the buyers. Thank you, Shelley, for all of the hard work you put into finding us our house. Athena Hutt is amazing! We sold our home and bought a new home at the same time. Day or night she was on top of everything making sure I didn’t have to stress on anything. She was very prompt and always answered any questions no matter what time or what day it was. Athena is very caring! She showed that she cared about what we wanted and what our expectations were. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home!

We can’t say enough about Jason Saylor as a real estate agent. He went totally above and beyond finding us a wonderful home as well as working tirelessly to sell ours. He was also a great calming presence during all of those chaotic times. He was fantastic.
