Jim was the listing agent on a property in Puyallup. I wanted to see the property and he told me that in order to see the property i needed to hire them as a broker agent so they can double commission. Very shady practice to me. As a listing agent his role should be to help sell the property/help sell the property. I would not hire him as a listing agent or a broker agent. Please stay away and get a better listing agent that will show your property to buyers.

Jim Clifford was an excellent agent. He did a very thorough analysis of the property and made good suggestions for getting the house and yard in their best possible condition. I am from out of state and was selling a property for an estate so I threw lots of extra questions in his direction and he quickly responded in a very helpful way. The house sold in the time frame and at the price he had predicted. I would STRONGLY recommend him to anyone.
