From understanding the home buying process, loan estimates, and home viewings, our experience with Weisbarth & Associates was truly a breeze. Our realtor, Ashley, was a dream to work with throughout the home buying process. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, she was there for us every step of the way with answers and support.
She made herself available at odd hours after our normal work day, was prompt at scheduling house tours, and helped navigate negotiations with the sellers. Ashley was knowledgeable during the tours and inspection process which helped put us at ease while making a huge financial decision of buying a house. If we ever go through the home buying process again we will definitely be leveraging Weisbarth & Associates!

Doron was so helpful in every aspect of selling my home. He let me know what would enhance the value of the home and what would not so that I did not waste money on items that wouldn't make a difference in the selling price. He had stagers do an amazing job once the house was ready to go on the market. The house sold way over asking and closed so quickly. I would definitely recommend him if I were selling a home or if I was looking to buy one. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I couldn't be more appreciative of Doron's expertise, time spend, responsiveness and patience throughout the process. I never once got even a hint that he was concerned with expedience, his interests, or anything but the best outcomes for our family. I think Doron is just a real estate nerd in the best way, he is interested regardless of the price range, type of dwelling, or what's in it for him. I have confidence in this statement as I have worked with him twice at very different price ranges and with over a decade passed between. Of the many second guesses throughout the process of buying a house I never had any WRT our agent!
