We've been renting through Accolade for a little over six months now. Before we rented, I read some not so happy/good reviews, and it made me worry if we ever needed to contact them for maintenance work. However, so far we have needed help with our fridge and heat, both deciding that they didn't need to work. Each person I have talked to has been incredibly kind, especially Meredith. She's honestly a breath of fresh air. When our fridge went out, she got in contact with the owners immediately and we got a new fridge within the next week. Our heat stopped working, and she got people in to fix it the very next day. She even offered to loan us some space heaters in the mean time. Meredith has been nothing but incredibly kind, and I've appreciated her so much!!

This was going to be a difficult situation, and he unreservedly recommended Accolade as my trustworthy partner. I contacted Sarah and had a thorough and effective discussion about the challenging tenant I was going to take on. Rentals was new to me, and Sarah was able to answer all my questions and fill in my knowledge gaps effectively.
