For my first apartment, EPM was a great experience! Applying and doing the cosign was straight forward and convenient. They were always communicative and helpful whether it was a maintenance request or questions about ending the lease. Definitely would recommend renting through them!

I have rented through EPM two different times, once in 2017 and now currently, and have had good experiences both times (there was a change of ownership at some point during this time I believe). They have a small town vibe to their business that I appreciate and have always taken care of any issues we have had in a timely manner. They communicate well enough and have never put my roommates or I through the troubles I've read in other reviews so I'm not sure what happened there!

Of course no one is perfect and there have been moments of inconvenience, for example our electricity went out in our living room at one point over a weekend and someone wasn't able to come in to fix it untill 4 or 5 days later. It sucked but they communicated alright and always answered my calls and questions in an apologetic and timely manner, very upfront with issues they were having with the business they had contracted to solve electric problems (which is why it took long to fix). To me, this seemed reasonable, but perhaps to others it is not. I always have compassion and respect for local, small businesses who support other local, small businesses.

In my opinion, this is a great business to rent from especially if you are young. They only require first month and deposit to rent, and a cosigner if your income is not triple the rent, which is more affordable than other rentals in Ellensburg. They have beautiful properties they take care of and I've felt very fortunate to find the homes I've stayed in!

I always suggest them to friends who are searching for rentals.

This time is the first time that I leave review on public website in my life.
I totally agree with all the previous negative reviews.
They do not solve any problems you have in a timely manner, they do not notice in advance even a day and they are egregiously unhelpful.
Extremely poor communication, very unprofessional, and rude. Most unhelpful and difficult landlords I've ever dealt with. I am very frustrated with waiting and keeping asking fixing all issues.
I hope that they can accept all the negative reviews sincerely and actively, can see what they look like, try to improve and know value of tenants' time and energy. They don't care about dropping water from ceiling Extremely frustrated continuously.

Ellensburg Property Management is a joke and not worth anyone's time. I saw a beautiful home posted on their website so I took the step to email them. It was the first day the listing appeared and I did not receive an email back, so I went ahead and called a few days later. The girl working at the reception office took my name and phone number and said that she would call me back about scheduling a viewing. So I waited and nothing... A week went by and I decided to physically walk into their office. I was greeted by the same young woman, who proceeded to tell me that she can take my name and phone number. I explained to her that she already has my information and I was ready to fill out an application and give my security deposit, without the viewing. (Which I knew they did not want to give me). I was turned away and told to wait for a call. WHICH NEVER CAME! The house was taken off the market and when I confronted them, the people in the office could not explain to me why I did not even receive a call or anything!
If you are planning on renting in Ellensburg, please save yourself the headache and frustration by going some place else!

I applied for a place because the people in the office said the site was still available and after having paid my application fee as well as my co-signer (roommates and their co-signer too) we were told the next day the home was taken. When I called the following day after to ask about the availability for the SAME listing they looked up the places information and said they were accepting applications. When I confronted them about receiving an email saying it was taken they didn't know what to say. Don't waste your money.
