Not sure how it's legal to try and sell property that doesn't have a clear title, but Ryan does it. Feel free to ask and I'll provide the parcel number.
Not just one lien against the property, but two. Boggles my mind you can do that legally. Okay, so it's a nice piece and the buyer, me, is still interested even with the liens that have to be worked thru costing more time and money. Ryan is nowhere to be found. My buying agent is having to work directing with the seller and bypass Ryan all together as the sellers agent because Ryan is simply not returning calls, emails, or texts.
