Vermont’s people are really struggling after the unprecedented flooding. The loss is beyond words for many. Which is why it’s even more of a blow when Sabina Haskell chooses to deny a small, local bakery a lifeline with a 90 day permit in a perfectly suitable location. Shame on you VNRB!
