Have had a great experience with CRM. Our building is always clean and neat. Any problems we have are quickly solved. Unlike other buildings I've lived in, here the office manager, Marie, has a true open door policy so you can stop in her office any time. Great management makes Noyes Manor a great place to live!

I want to thank all of CRM management whom took care of their tenants during the Tornado that hit Rome, NY. They immediately assess the damages and took action. They brought food and water for the whole buildings Madison Plaza, Georgian Arms and their other properties. They immediately started clean up, going through every apartment making sure what we needed. They made sure the stairwells were lid properly. They also made sure that the tenants had access to all the emergency outlets available to them.
Thank You once again on behalf of my Mother and Sister who lives in Madison Plaza for caring for your tenants.

This building has no air handling system at all except main floor offices and community room. AC and wall mounted gas heaters provide air temperature control but air quality is totally disregarded. Hallways and stairways are stagnant with no air venting at all.
Security is not present as people sneak in or let into the building by unknowing tenants. (some squatters?)
No surveillance cameras that I know of as l had an item stolen from the courtyard with no witness. I don't see cameras at all or Security Guards.
Elevators are out dated and break down fairly often.
Sufficient for people who have limited abilities and stay indoors constantly.

Lack of concern for building and tenets safety and cleanliness by office manager many of our concerns are brought to office and we are told nothing can be done we as tenants would like to know why not please try to help us as some of us try hard to maintain clean safe environment but some don’t we just want to be safe and secure in our own home thankyo

CRM is a joke they are rude and they are disrespectful and discriminate on people with Disabilities. Camden and millstream Manor is a joke they double and triple dip the rent and it's not low income housing either . No wonder they can't keep people in their apartments! I wouldn't recommend moving to any of their locations!

If I could give it a zero star, I would. My senior building was bought by this company. The property manager is rude, she keeps her door shut, she’s like a mean angry woman. She has absolutely no people skills. She’s dealing with senior citizens and she has little or no compassion for anyone. On top of that, she really doesn’t know much about the job. We’re lucky she’s only here 3 days a week. crm, do better with the hiring!
