Ryan Millard is a superstar!! 🌟 He went above and beyond being our eyes and our ears as we made the huuuge move from NYC area to Fayetteville! Ryan was extremely professional but also kept the vibe light and made us feel so comfortable during this very stressful process. He was always quick to answer his phone, visit any house we were interested in and also met with contractors at our new home before we even moved in! He has been such a huge source of information with lots of recommendations and referrals. He actually has now become our lifelong friend! I can’t say enough about Ryan. I unexpectedly inherited a house of a family member and was in no position to become a landlord nor have the need for another house of my own. I had no idea of the process of selling and reached out to Ryan as he had worked with both my daughter and son with buying and selling their homes. Ryan took control and put my mind at ease. I can’t speak highly enough of Ryan and his communication, & negotiation skills. He sold our house within days of listing, and without him we would still be looking for a house.
