Jeffrey MacBain is amazing to work with, he help my husband and myself find a perfect home for our little family. He has also helped my mother around the same time buy her house. We had to pleasure of working with David Hall at Procopio Real Estate. David is knowledgeable about the area and was able to narrow down options according to what we were looking for. He was able to show us properties that would best suit our interests, and didn't give up until we found something that fit. Even after closing on our property, he was willing and able to help us tie some loose ends. He was flexible with time and very responsive. He offered feedback and we moved through properties quickly. He was very patient and had no problem showing us many properties until we ultimately decided on one. We are happy we went with David as our agent!

Joe Shutter-Beaver is an excellent real estate agent and this company overall is a pleasure to work with.
Joe took all the stress and anxiety out of buying and selling a home by giving us constant updates keeping us in the loop and always there with professional advice and anecdotes. We more then highly recommend Procopio Real Estate ! Professional ! Thorough! Kind ! Compassionate! Working with Procopio Real Estate was a dream ! We went though 4 realtors before we were sent to Frank at Procopio Real Estate ! Within days of meeting him and setting our expectations, price range and expectations we were viewing houses ! Within a week we found the perfect house , out in an offer and was under contract ! Frank made the experience as smooth as possible ! The selling agent was a nightmare and made everything unbearable but Frank kept it on track and never lost his cool and got us into our home ! Even after the sale Procopio Real Estate has kept in touch to make sure we’re still happy ! When we’re ready to sell and buy another house there is NO doubt we will be calling Frank ! I got in touch with Mark MacBain through realtor.com and I'm glad I did! I was a first time buyer and knew little about purchasing a condo. Mark made the whole process seamless. He answered all my questions, came with me to see the condo many times before placing an offer. He didn't pressure me to buy. He's available day and night and always responsive to texts and emails. He genuinely wants to find the right place for his clients. I would hire Mark again in a heartbeat.

I recently closed on my house in Lafayette in July. I used realtor Mike Sutkus and he was the best. I can see why he is a top producing realtor now. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. We were moving from the city of Syracuse and did not know a lot about Lafayette. Mike was from the area and was able to fill us in on all the local spots to go too and contractors that could help us with our needs. He made our transition to Lafayette extremely easy. I have used a lot of Realtors in the past but Mike and his team at Procopio are by far the best. I can now say I will be a loyal customer and recommending them to all my friends.

I don't know what I could say that could possibly even touch on how much I appreciate Mark and Dave!! I actually started out talking to a different realtor at a different business. I didn't feel like he cared at all, he wasn't personable, and he took forever to get back to me. Mark reached out to me and I told him thanks, but we had a realtor. Then I was told some information that sounded off, so I sent a message to Mark and he actually called me and explained everything to me. Needless to say, Mark was our savior and he always got back to us quickly and I felt like I was working with a friend. He hooked us up with a great local lender, who works with Vets, and we got a better loan and found the perfect house because Mark made sure that even though he was out of town, he had Dave keep showing us houses so we didn't miss out! Dave was great and very in tune with what we wanted. I truly can't thank them enough!!💞
