Lifeline Rentals has been exactly what their name says. We are first time rental owners of a beach house in Point Roberts WA, who live 6 hours away. We were very unaware of what renting a property entailed. Justin spent several months going above and beyond helping us to get the house ready to rent.(ie picking up a new dishwasher in Bellingham and getting it installed the week before our first renter) He was right there when the renters had problems, or questions. He got qualified people to solve problems that he couldn't. We are so thankful that Lifeline Rentals is there to help.

Justin brunsvick is a property manager from Georgia he is a well mannered presentable guy who means well and is probably competent enough to manage rental properties. Reciently, he has pivoted into renovations in Point Roberts. Justin brought me on to be the lead for the renovations, very soon it became apparent that he is in over his head. Adjectives that first pop in to mind are scattered, disorganized, unprofessional, indecisive and inexperienced. The only other review is 5 stars from himself watch out.

Customers should exercise caution when doing business with Justin. I strongly recommend getting an opinion from an actual tradesperson/ contractor.

For trades people and contractors beware of the hollow garuntees. He is not ready to bring someone on full time. If you do work for him be prepared for a circus.
