I live in Hornellsville apartments pot holes huge , they don't paint or clean before moving in . No numbers to call and talk to management. Parking lot dark at night.senior's made to smoke in an open area across the parking lot no shelter no lighting, hallways laundry room dirty. Sidewalks heaved and is a tripping Hazzard. I've called office for the aging, adult protection agency, LawNY never helped so there is no one to protect the senior's of this community! Do not ever rent from Two Plus Four Management Company they are slum lords and getting away with it!

Very happy 😊 with my apartment here in Cortland ! Been here about 6 years . Staff is friendly . And fix things very fast ! Hope this always remains low income housing !

Filled application out at Humphrey Hollows in April was told around June after remodel and we'd be on top of the list due to being HOMELESS and our son is Disabled... It's October and still no home, no phone call, no update, nothing. Put another application in at the nunda one and was told none available even though there was four empty apartments when I went. Doesn't seem to give a hoot about people.

Will change this to 5 stars when I actually get a response. Lack professionalism, lack of follow up, and strong lack of organization. Is it typical for a rental application two take 2 months to complete? Because we were told once submitted it's quick but now it's suddenly a process.

And can't leave a message at the property or company because no call back or voicemail isn't accepting messages.

We were told not to submit x information by property manager to speed up the process just for bigger managers to ask for it down the line.

Property itself is cute and is a great first apartment type of place. I just wish the process wasn't so sloppy.

The people they hire to work the properties are awful. I’ve reached out the company itself and they refuse to return phone calls. They bounce back and forth with the price or rent. DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING IN ANY BUILDING OWNED BY THEM!! Same yourself the hassle and countless unreturned phone calls.

UPDATE: Dorothy Fries called me back today, 10/19/23. After explaining what happened on my end, we spoke face-to-face on Google Meet while she gave me a tour of an available apartment. We set an appointment later this month so I can see the apartment in-person. Her office hours are very limited; Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Will update after we meet.

Tenants are constantly harassed and intimidated by Property Managers, Regional Managers and Corporate. Tenants are given violations for things as simple as hanging plants outside, having American flags hanging outside, and even self maintaining apartments that Management has neglected. I would not recommend even my worse enemy to live in any of their communities. HUD needs to disqualify these slum lords from receiving any funding.
