Lived In one of their Places and NICE people To Rent From. NEVER HAD Any issues with Them. I WOULDN'T Hesitate To live In Another Place !!! when you NEED Something DONE it GETS Done. !!! You work with them, THEY Work with you !! You Do them WRONG you GET what You PUT OUT !!! They ARE VERY WILLING To Work with you !! 👍🏼 🙂

I do not rent from TG Sticks Management . However, one of their properties is across the street from me. The tenant that they moved in upstairs at 2420 East Genesee street is horrendous. We are constantly being woken up by the loud lady yelling on her porch (started as early as 4 and 5 am at times) and even when she is in the house we can still hear her and her kids yelling clearly outside. She has barely been here a few weeks and has had the cops here already due to domestic issues at their house and her dog barks constantly. I watched her boyfriend or companion whatever he is try to break into the house when she left after their domestic dispute he kept yelling he would kick in the door. There is constant traffic in her house and her kids are always throwing stuff off of the top porch. TG Sticks needs to do a better job with placing people where they belong. She makes me want to move after being here for over 10 years. Worst tenant/neighbor ever.

Not a fan. I'm a neighbor. They don't take care of their rentals. Tenants are nice enough but landlord is MIA. Roof is caving in. Electrical is dangerous. Yard is a mess. The house ready to become condemned

This management is super! Been with them for 8 years & stillI can never ever say nothing bad about Joe sticks or his management. Any issues Matt’s always attentive and answers quickly to take care of whatever it is I need fixed.

I disagree with the negative reviews. The team was extremely responsive and did a great job with repairs when needed. Love the property that I am in. No issues.
