Update: Everything this business says below is false, she’s actually lying and I’m shocked at how unprofessional my entire experience was. She failed to communicate anything she says was communicated below prior to receiving an application fee from me. They have done nothing but made excuses for poor ethics, she exhausted me with blame and excuses via email and phone call. My #1 question to them was “Why didn’t you notify me that you had rented the property to someone else?” She dodged the question with 100 excuses. I have email receipts of her requesting an application from me AFTER the time stamp in which she had accepted another application. The only explanation is that they were hoping to pocket some extra money.

We actually rented another, better place but the purpose of this review is to bring awareness of the unethical practices in which this company operates. If they tried to scam me of a $130 application fee, I can only imagine what this company is like as a renter when you need maintenance done or if you request your deposit back after leaving. Be warned.

This is a “rental company” scam, charging exorbitant application fees and then ghosting. Beware!

Not impressed. When I called on the property I was interested in. The manger I got was Kelsey. She was very responsive at first and willing to show me the property right away. That same night she showed me she sent me an application and I filled it out. I then let her know I completed the application and never got a response back. I texted at least 3 more times trying to see if they got
My application or if there was anything else they needed. I also called twice and left a voice mail. Never got a response back until the property was unavailable. The least they could have done was let me know there were other applicants and they would get back to me. Not a great customer experience.

This company has been incredibly professional, caring, and dedicated towards making me feel like a valued tenant. I have had nothing but the most pleasant interactions with not only the property management team but their third party services as well. Whenever I have had an issue, my concerns were met with interest and prompt resolution. I would recommend and refer this group to any of my friends or family members.

I rented a house from them for a year and was a great tenant. I was never late with rent and kept the inside and outside of the house tidy. However they would never do maintenance on anything and I had to finally threaten to move out until they finally fixed the issues. Even though I left the house cleaner than when I moved in over $400 was still taken out of my deposit. They even charged me to fix the washing machine that never worked since I moved in! Do NOT use these people. They will rob you of your money!!!

These people are one of the worst to rent from. They add more to your rent every time your lease is up. Even when the home owner has no idea this is happening. Dan is a great guy trys to help out the best he can but with Paulette on the other side of him is toxic. She thinks because the house market goes up she is entitled to raise the rent. Reality is that we are living in the same old house that does not get updated, does not get things done when needed. I can stick my finger thru the outside of our siding and can touch the installation to the house costin me $300 a month for elect. YA its fair to raise my rent another $400 a month. Wow good job Paulette... Great business practice. You should make sure the home owner knows first so you don't look so dumb. Stop riping people off Paulette!!

As a owner of rental properties I would never advise to use this company, I was personally told by Zachary Froelich that Paulette and Dan have many hidden fees that the keep secret from owners and their books to directly pocket money. The only reason I know this is true because he was going to merge companies and had access to all reports. Also the owners of this company absolutely Despise each other which causes many issues. Also Paulette is only in the office until 3:00pm every day so there’s nobody there Incase of an emergency!
