If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This is a USDA low income housing. Bill Brown and his Apartment manager, Heather Glazier, hike up the prices by 30% saying it's a "cost of living increase." Bill Brown does the minimum repairs to his properties. I moved out after 1 year, I cleaned and took pictures of the apartment on my final day. A week before my move out date, Bill Brown called and told me to leave the apartment unlocked, so he could look at what needed to be replaced, carpet, tile, paint etc. I left the apt in Immaculate condition (the words of Heather Glazier, who did the final inspection WITHOUT me) (Bill Brown did a walk through the day before her inspection and told her that the apartment needed NO work done to it) She informed me that I would receive ALL of my security deposit back. Within the week after I left, She, Heather Glazier, moved in another person (her relative). She took over a month to do my move-out paperwork. This was only done after I contacted Bill Brown. The paperwork I Finally received said that I was charged with property damage and cleaning charges. They stole $350.50 from me. Bill Brown and his Apartment manager, Heather Glazier, only care about lining their pockets with your money. My advice to you is, that if you happen to land in any one of his properties, don't bother cleaning when you move out because it won't matter to them. They will keep your money regardless. They are greedy as hell. I wish you the best of luck. God bless.

It is hard to get good contact information. I wish they had some form of electronic payment option. Maybe they will get PayPal!!
