Windermere Property Management was super helpful to me with finding my first ever apartment post-grad life!

I am absolutely in love with our apartment, it is beautiful and modern, with every amenity I could hope for.

Windermere Property Management was kind enough to move around with my work schedule when I was finalizing documentation for the apartment.

They even sent me flowers after I got into a car wreck shortly after meeting with them! Very special to come home to a bouquet, and a welcome bag!

Windermere Property Management, Bellingham, has been managing rental properties for me since 2000. I have been extremely happy with them which is why I stay with them. I am especially pleased with my property manager Nicole Sargent and her assistant Olivia Clark. The owners are very hands on and hire extremely qualified, competent people from the reception desk, support staff, up through the property managers, to the accounting staff, to the supervisors and managers. They have a highly skilled maintenance department and wide variety of skilled vendors. Their employees tend to stay which is wonderful as they know your properties. The communication is outstanding and they are always available for questions and concerns. I highly recommend!

Windermere Property Management has been managing our Bellingham, WA 4-plex for years. We have had a few Windermere property managers throughout those years, and they all have been wonderful. Emma is our current property manager. She is fantastic. In the last few years, we have started remodeling the units and she has helped us greatly. We wanted to be involved in the remodels and Emma couldn’t have been more helpful. We didn’t have any experience with remodeling, so we relied on her rental experience a lot. The remodels turned out gorgeous. Regarding the day to day, she notifies us timely with any issues and provides resolutions for us to approve. She listens to our feedback and has no problem answering any questions we may have or if we want to handle it differently. All our Windermere property managers have saved us a lot of time & stress not having to be personally involved in the details. What I appreciate the most is that they have chosen very stable tenants, over the years. We are very happy with the service that Emma and Windermere provides us.

Cody in maintenance did an outstanding job re-screening my patio slider and cleaning out the drier vents inside and outside and replacing the outdoor vent cover.
