Kandi is an incredible realtor. From the first time I contacted her and throughout the whole process of listing and selling my house, she was the best. She was very responsive, always getting back to me very quickly and getting things taken care of when they came up. I was not living in my house after listing it and had to move first to a different state, and later a different country. She kept an eye on the house while it was on the market, as I was not nearby. She made sure it was safe and taken care of. There were a few things that came up, including a pipe that started leaking. I cannot tell you how much of a nightmare this is, to have a house you are nowhere near and to have a leak suddenly. Kandi was incredible. She had the water shut off and had someone coming to give a price quote to fix it, before I even saw her first message about the leak.

With the time difference, I did not see her messages when they first came in but she took action right away. As a homeowner in another timezone and country, I cannot tell you how important this is. You don’t realize how many things can happen until you are in a situation and have no ability to take care of things on your own. You need good people to help you take care of things and Kandi is a wonderful person. She is someone you can absolutely trust with your most valuable assets. She gets the job done, is honest, trustworthy and hardworking. If you are looking for someone you can rely on, Kandi is your person.

She made communication easy and was extremely adaptable. She worked with me and for me the whole time. There were many little bumps in the road during the process and Kandi was always quick to take action and come up with solutions. Kandi greatly reduced the amount of stress I would have had selling my house. She was always prepared, taking action and a really great person. I have worked with other realtors in the past and I can honestly say I have never felt like any of them cared as much as Kandi does. There were a lot of things I did not know or understand and she was there, every step of the way with her knowledge and expertise.

If I ever buy or sell property anywhere that Kandi is, I will 100% choose her as my realtor. I cannot recommend her enough!
