I highly recommend Mike Bredeson if you are looking for a realtor for buying in the Bellingham area. He has an experienced eye for houses/properties and is adaptive and receptive to the buyer's needs and shopping styles.
Mike realized we'd done a lot of prior research before first meeting him and immediately adapted his process to add value to what we already brought to the table. He would actively scope out (on foot) any potentially new properties and could see issues from a mile away. He moved fast to get us into our house at competitive time and saved us money in the end.
