Jennifer Shupe was our broker and I would give her more stars if I could. She was easy to get ahold of and answered calls, texts and emails immediately. She was able to answer every question satisfactorily. She referred us to a great lender and a great title company. Our home buying experience had no delays and was stress free. Have bought and sold a couple houses and property as well. I highly recommend this office. All Of the agents are great however my two favorites are Sue and Jim Palmer. The receptionist is wonderful too! They always went above and beyond my expectations and always communicate no matter what day or time of day it was. Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I hired Brandon Palmer and he was awesome! Honest, reliable and knowledgeable. We have gone through a lot of bad realtors that were unmotivated, dishonest and frankly sometimes unpleasant. We mean a lot. Give Brandon a call, we’re glad we did!

Buyer Beware! We picked up the keys to our new construction home, listed by Brandon Palmer, yesterday afternoon. While we were walking through the house, we discovered that both toilets in the house had feces and urine stains on the bottom of the seats and in the toilets. This is a brand new home- we have never once used the toilets. When our realtor reached out to Brandon, he said that the builder, Bradley Miller, was not interested in cleaning the toilets nor would he (Brandon) pay to clean the house. This seems like an incredibly disrespectful thing to do to people buying a new home. I can’t, in good conscience, recommend this company or the builder, if that is how they want to treat people who are purchasing their homes.
