My wife and I have bought and sold a few houses in our 20 years together. Working with North Country Realty was by far, the smoothest transaction we've had. Wilma was a true blessing. She constantly kept us updated on the progress and made sure she looked out for our best interest. She always answers her phone and if she is busy, she calls back as soon as she is free. This was a great transaction. It was nice to work with a real person rather than a series of phone call prompts. I would highly recommend everyone to call North Country when they want to buy or sell a home. A great business to work with!

We could not have been happier with our experience with CB North. Lorraine Kirkpatrick was our realtor and she proved to be everything you would want in a real estate agent. She is honest and very knowledgeable...She negotiated several offers for us before we ended up with our home.

Lorraine was great to work with!! She took all of our worries/concerns into consideration right from the get go. Knowing we were under a time crunch to find a new home, she went the extra mile to help us out. It was very much appreciated her working around my husbands and my work schedule with doing showings in the evening, on the weekends, and not to mention the after hours paperwork as well. Did not feel confident when I signed Wilma to sell my home. She over priced it, didn't correctly post it, did not actively or aggressively try to sell it. Talked to broker Paul Edgren to complain and try to cancel early and he told me twice that I was pissing him off. My husband called him and was treated rudely. Avoid North Country like the plague.

We had a great experience with Stefanie Johnson I couldn't believe how much she knows about buying and selling a home. She answered all of the questions and requests that we had, she was far more help than we hoped she could be. Stefanie knows the area and she will give you all the options available. Stefanie will be there for you through the whole prcess. I would highly recommend her. You will never want another agent.

As one attorney told me, "Coldwell Banker sold you a lawsuit". Coldwell Banker North Country sold me property without disclosing to me there were neighbors using the property. The agent I hired, Roger Ens, allowed me to make an offer on the property without disclosing this material fact. When asked about failure to disclose a material fact, Coldwell Banker responded by saying, "She should have contacted us if she had a concern". They made no attempt to resolve this matter.In my opinion, Coldwell Banker cannot be trusted. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. In my opinion, Coldwell Banker's behavior was unethical and was adverse and detrimental to me as a client. If there was a "0 rating, I would mark it.

Stefane Johnston did a wonderful and thorough job marketing my home in Priest River. Even though on vacation for awhile, she was in constant contact via phone, text, and e-mail, and when a "live" person was needed, she sent Lorraine Kirkpatrick. It was obvious that both Stefane and Lorraine are very knowledgeable of the market and all aspects of the selling and buying process. Stefane seems to have an inner sense for doing what is needed to get the most for the product. Thank you for all your help and hard work!

We were living on another state when we started the search for a new home in Idaho or Washington. We initially connected with Lorraine Kirkpatrick @ CB North Country and she tirelessly for about a year and half providing multiple emails of listings, personally touring property for us since we had an approximate 10 hr drive, fixed sandwiches for all of us so we could tour multiple listings without breaking for lunch and could maximize the use of the time. We finally found the perfect property and we cannot be more satisfied with our agent, Lorraine.
